We are looking for a full-time, skilled Project Manager to perform necessary planning, budgeting, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets, while collaborating with colleagues, clients, contractors, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Overseeing all aspects of the project from start to finish.

• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Managing project resources, including personnel and materials.

• Coordinating with colleagues, clients, contractors, nd engineers.

Skills

• Proven experience in construction project management.

• Familiarity with construction processes and procedures.

• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and building codes.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, engineering) is often preferred.
