Location: Decatur, NE

We are looking for a full-time, in person, detail-oriented Marketing Designer.

The ideal candidate would be a self motivated, creative, professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will combine strong design fundamentals with technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to produce high-quality marketing materials across digital and print platforms and assist with web design and social media management.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials across print and digital platforms including display ads, social media graphics, videos, print materials such as flyers, signage, and brochures.

• Collaborate with the sales team on internal marketing projects.

• Manage and create monthly tasks and deadlines.

• Assist with website design projects

• Proofread materials for grammar, spelling, and content accuracy.

• Manage daily posting on multiple social media pages.

Qualifications

• Experience in Graphic design, visual communications, marketing/advertising, or a related field.

• Proficient in Canva and CapCut (Or similar software)

• Strong understanding of design fundamentals.

• Ability to manage projects from concept through final delivery.

• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

• Effective communicator

• Team oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, and open to feedback.
